Part Time Fit Associate; maurices sizes

Position Overview

At maurices, the Fit Associate (aka Fit Model) will try on garments to allow Technical Designers to pin, adjust, and evaluate apparel for fit, function, quality, and comfort. The Fit Associate provides feedback on comfort, fit, and functionality of each item tried on.

• Try on clothing items and provide feedback on fit, comfort, and functionality.
• Assist Technical Designers in pinning and adjusting garments to achieve desired fit.
• Ensure garments meet quality and comfort standards.
• Help evaluate apparel for fit and functionality.

• Wear a maurices size 8, 10, or 12.
• Height between 5'4" and 5'8".
• Available on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays during the day.
• Have reliable transportation to the corporate office in downtown Duluth.
• Able to stand for several hours at a time.

Approximately two shifts per week, each 3–4 hours. Typical shifts are on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 1PM and 4PM, with additional shifts added as needed.

Hourly: $19.00. The position is eligible for an annual incentive based on company performance.

Full‑time associates are eligible for a suite of benefits after six months, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, and other coverage.
