Our Certified Parts Advisor in Duluth, MN, is responsible for assisting customers by properly identifying needed items, using parts catalogs and computer system, billing merchandise orders, and making necessary entries to the inventory control system, while distributing special order parts, receiving warranty parts, and maintaining shelf stock. This role provides a valuable opportunity to expand your industry expertise and offers clear pathways for career advancement within our organization

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority):

Assist in keeping parts department clean and professional, maintaining the retail sales floor.
Record all sales, receive, ship, and store parts.
Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, maintain positive and professional actions.
Pick up and deliver parts.
On-site attendance is required

Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred:

Construction & forestry service knowledge highly recommended
Computer, strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Independently make decisions, work with all staff, customer-facing experience
Strong ability to communicate with customers.
