We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Business Manager to lead and drive growth across our client's sales team in Western Wisconsin and Northern Minnesota. In this role, you will lead strategic sales initiatives, oversee territory managers, build strong client relationships, manage sales department budgets, and collaborate with operations and logistics to optimize driver routes.
Starting Pay: $70,000 - $95,000 per year (Base Salary) + Incentive Pay, Bonuses, and Mileage Reimbursement
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 80% Office-Based / 20% Field-Based

What You'll Do:
- Lead sales strategies, initiatives, and business development efforts across designated territories.
- Directly manage, mentor, and coach a team of 4 to 6 Territory Managers to reach performance targets.
- Provide ongoing sales support and strengthen relationships with an established client base.
- Develop, oversee, and manage the sales department budget.
- Partner with logistics and operations teams to assist in planning and setting up delivery routes for drivers.
- Analyze market trends and utilize data-driven insights to identify new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience:
5+ years of successful experience in sales, sales management, or customer service leadership. - Leadership:
Demonstrated track record of talent development, team coaching, and driving sales growth. - Business Acumen:
Strong experience with budget creation, budget management, and financial analysis. - Communication:
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Points:
- Background in logistics, route management, or supply chain operations.
