Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor processing in accordance with site-specific protocols;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts;
Communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and first responders when needed
