Security Officer Unarmed Patrol - Part Time

In this unarmed patrol role you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as financial institutions. Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 07:30 AM – 04:30 PM
• Fri: 07:30 AM – 04:30 PM

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff, carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations calmly, documenting observations and reporting concerns to appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location—including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points—to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor processing in accordance with site‑specific protocols.
• Support day‑to‑day operations by observing and reporting suspicious behavior, providing directions and assistance, and communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or first responders when needed.

• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
