Flex Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Locations: Duluth, MN, Superior, WI, & Cloquet, MN

Wage: $21.50/HR

Schedule: Flexible

• Actively monitor the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations.
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout the shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Work multiple sites as a fill‑in or for temporary needs.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
• Maintain a professional demeanor.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must participate in the company’s pre‑employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Safe driving required.
• Willing to travel out of state and to remote areas.
