Electronic Security Operations Supervisor

Per Mar Security Services seeks an Electronic Security Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day monitoring and support of alarm, video, and access control systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. This role supervises a team of operators, manages scheduling, and ensures consistent, high-quality response to alarms and incidents. The supervisor maintains reliable system performance, enforces procedures, and collaborates with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with electronic security platforms, strong leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset within a 24/7 security environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of electronic security systems and monitoring activities
• Supervise and schedule security operations staff across shifts
• Ensure alarm, access control, and CCTV systems function reliably and efficiently
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and incident response protocols
• Monitor alarms and incidents, coordinate timely responses and escalations
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members on systems, procedures, and customer service
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service
• Review incident reports, metrics, and system logs to identify trends and improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations
• Support implementation and testing of new security technologies and upgrades
