Position Overview:

As a Players Assistant at The Grand View Lodge Golf Courses, you are a vital member of our team, contributing to our reputation as a fun and positive place to work. We are seeking high-energy, positive individuals with a deep knowledge and love for the game of golf. In this role, you may be one of the only staff members guests see during their four hours on the golf course.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests at the first tee and providing them with course information
• Ensuring guests tee off promptly and efficiently
• Keeping players organized and maintaining a steady pace throughout the golf course
• Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience
• Multitasking and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Passion for golf and a strong knowledge of the game
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy times
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Previous experience in a customer service or golf-related role is preferred but not required

Education & Experience:

• Previous golf course or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
