Hourly Rate: $16.37

Represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response on‑site at customer locations. Diagnose problems based on error logs and service app data, perform minor maintenance and repairs, and maintain accurate reporting and inventory records.

• Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos specific trainings and certifications.
• Diagnose problems using error logs and service app data with company‑provided cell phone.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, indoors and outdoors.
• Accurately report work performed and call closure details.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily.

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity with Android cell phone (company provided).
• Prolonged travel during several hours of the workday, including inclement weather.
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repeatedly grasping and manipulating objects of varying size.
• Proof of minimum insurance coverage:
  Bodily Injury Liability $100,000 per person, Property Damage Liability $100,000 per accident.

• May be dispatched daily on a call‑by‑call basis or have a daily schedule.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, or flex shifts.
• Safely work outside during all seasons with exposure to the elements.
• High level of personal integrity and work well with minimal supervision.
• Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge.
• Good problem‑solving skills, pick up new skills quickly, and work well under pressure.
