Are you a Field Technician or Field Engineer? Do you want to join a team that serves some of the largest retailers and banks in the industry? NCR Atleos is looking for Field Service Technicians to deliver best-in-class service. The Field Services Team creates value by delivering solutions that build long-term relationships, acting as a first line response to customers, communicating in an open and engaging manner, and focusing on finding the right solution.

You will organize, triage customer issues, and handle problems to enable customers to get what they need when they need it. Training is provided through NCR Atleos, including virtual and hands-on classroom learning to enable fast learning and growth. Our service operations include dedicated teachers, mentors, and coaches who support growth across territories. This role is an ambassador for the NCR Atleos Brand.

You can expect a salary in the range of $40,800.00 to $59,200.00 on the lower end for less experienced and more for well directly experienced professionals. Training is provided through NCR Atleos.

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls
• Manage network faults and traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access

• Local candidate to specific geographic area
• Authorized to work in the US
• At least 19 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
• Rotating and weekend shifts
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitive grasping and manipulating objects of varying size

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification
• One or more years of related experience
