As a Subcontractor you will be responsible for installing windows, doors, trim, and more. You will work independently and must equip your own vehicle and tools.

• Comply with YHIC engineering specifications, regulatory code requirements, and safety procedures.
• Review contract folder and instructions/drawings before beginning assignments to clarify work to be completed.
• Install windows, doors, exterior/interior trim, and apply clean caulking lines to ensure a YHIC quality job completed safely and timely.
• Interact professionally with YHIC customers while maintaining the integrity of YHIC’s reputation.
• Ensure your vehicle is fully equipped with all necessary parts, products, tools, and resources to complete assigned projects.
• Bend aluminum or use a metal brake.
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks.

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and unload vendor trucks.
• Basic construction skills required.
• Proficiency with tape measure, level, and basic power tools.
• Experience installing windows.
• Experience using a metal brake.
• General liability insurance.
• Workmen's Comp.
• Your own truck, tools, and a large trailer to transport materials and haul debris.
• Contractor’s license.
• Lead certification.
