We’re looking for a Hardscape Foreman to lead a crew installing high-quality residential and commercial projects, including pavers, retaining walls, boulder walls, steps, grading, fire pits, and more
.

• Competitive pay: $26–$32/hour +
  regular overtime (1.5x after 40 hrs)

• Lead and manage a crew of 1–3 team members
• Install hardscape elements:
  pavers, retaining walls, boulder walls, steps, grading, fire pits, edging
• Read and execute plans, blueprints, and work orders
• Manage materials, equipment, and daily production goals
• Communicate with Project Managers and clients to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain safety standards and quality control on every project
• Document job progress and handle change orders

• 3–5 years of hardscape experience or similar field
• Proven crew leadership skills
• Skilled with excavators, skid steers, tampers, saws, and hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to ensure high-quality work
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in all weather
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to identify hazards
• Required:
  
  Valid Driver’s License & MN DOT Card (Obtain prior to hire)

• Type: Full-time, Seasonal | 40+ hours/week
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday (10-hour shifts) + Friday meetings
• Overtime: Regularly available
