Position Overview

Morin's is hiring an Exterior Home Remodeling Carpenter to help install siding, seamless gutters, trim, flashing, windows, and doors for residential customers.

This role is a strong fit for someone with hands-on exterior carpentry or remodeling experience who enjoys detailed work, takes pride in a clean finished product, and wants to be part of a reliable, team-oriented company. You'll work alongside other field team members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to Morin's quality standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable working outdoors and at heights, and interested in growing with a company that values skilled craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install seamless gutters, downspouts, steel and vinyl siding, exterior trim, and flashing.
• Install windows and doors so they are plumb, level, square, and properly weatherproofed.
• Measure, cut, fit, and finish materials accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient job site.
• Work from ladders, near roof edges, and in attic spaces when needed for inspections or installations.
• Record time, materials, and job notes using Job Nimbus and Quick Books Workforce.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential exterior carpentry, remodeling, or related installation experience.
• Strong measuring, layout, cutting, and installation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in finished work.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and use digital tools, including Job Nimbus and Quick Books Workforce.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to carry ladders, work safely at heights, and access attic spaces as required.
