Responsibilities
- Learn POS systems through our comprehensive training program.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues remotely and on site.
- Install and deploy cutting‑edge retail systems.
- Travel to client sites (company vehicle provided).
- Serve as the expert who gets businesses back up and running when systems go down.
- Lead installation projects from delivery through documentation.
- Maintain critical inventory systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Basic computer hardware/software troubleshooting experience.
- Self‑motivated problem‑solver.
- Willingness to learn through our POS training program.
- Two‑year technical degree (nice to have).
- Network connectivity knowledge.
