Comfort Solutions Consultant

The Comfort Solutions Consultant is responsible for guiding homeowners through the selection and installation of HVAC and plumbing solutions that optimize comfort, efficiency, and system reliability. This role combines technical knowledge with exceptional customer service and sales skills.

Consultants assess system needs by conducting on-site evaluations, reviewing energy efficiency, and identifying opportunities for upgrades or preventive maintenance. They provide recommendations for HVAC systems, water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and other home comfort solutions. Consultants work closely with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Candidates must have strong technical knowledge of heating, cooling, and plumbing systems, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. They must be able to explain complex solutions in simple terms, build customer trust, and drive service and product adoption. Organizational skills, follow-up, and accurate documentation are critical for success in this role.
