Heavy Equipment Operator

Rachel Contracting seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator to support demolition, earthwork, utilities, and environmental construction projects across the Midwest. Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers, and related equipment to perform mass excavation, trenching, grading, back filling, site prep, and material handling. Follow strict safety procedures and daily inspection protocols, read stakes and grades, support utility and demolition operations, and work closely with foremen and crews.
