Agricultural Technicians

Agriculture Technicians are needed for shop and field roles, to join a growing team to service customers near Goodhue County, Minnesota. In this role, you'll work on a diverse range of AG equipment, including Tractors, Spreaders, and other implements.

We're seeking candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Equipment with preference given to those with 5+ years of AG Equipment experience.

Job Requirements:

4+ recent years of heavy-duty construction or Agriculture equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experienceOEM certifications are seen as an asset, though not required

Diesel engine maintenance and repair experience

Experience Utilizing OEM diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults

Hydraulic and electrical component maintenance, replacement, and repair experience

Experience with AC is preferred

Valid Drivers License Own Tools What They

Offer:

Starting at $45/hour, based on previous experience/training/certifications and performance

Day Shift, 7:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday to FridayOT available after 40 hours

Some on-Call rotation will be required
