Licensed Residential Plumber

Renuity is seeking a Licensed Residential Plumber to support bath, kitchen, and whole-home remodeling projects. In this role, you'll install, repair, and upgrade plumbing systems, including tubs, showers, toilets, faucets, and water heaters in occupied homes. You'll interpret plans, ensure all work meets local codes, and follow strict safety and quality standards. The position requires strong diagnostic skills, professionalism in customer interactions, and reliable documentation of work performed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems for bath, kitchen, and other remodeling projects.
• Read plans and specifications to lay out piping, valves, drains, and fixtures to code.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and low-pressure issues; recommend solutions to homeowners.
• Install and connect tubs, showers, toilets, faucets, water heaters, and related fixtures.
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in occupied homes.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, explaining scope of work, options, and maintenance tips.
• Document work performed, materials used, and job status using company systems.
• Coordinate with project managers and installers to complete projects on time and within scope.
• Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use and proper tool/equipment handling.
