Landscaping Specialist

Looking to build a rewarding career with a premier local team? We are hiring a skilled Landscaping Specialist to work on high-end residential and commercial outdoor projects in the Duluth area. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and transforming properties, we want to hear from you!

Starting Pay:

$23.00 - $28.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Seasonal position running through November, resuming in April)

• Competitive hourly pay with steady daytime schedule
• Engaging, high-impact outdoor work on diverse hardscape and earthwork projects

What You'll Do:

• Execute residential and commercial landscape construction and hardscaping projects
• Build concrete retaining walls, brick/paver patios, and paved walkways
• Perform earthwork, site grading, soil preparation, and tree planting
• Safely operate power equipment and heavy machinery, including skid steers, mini-excavators, and dump trucks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure site safety, efficiency, and project quality

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years minimum experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or earthwork
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency operating heavy equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, dump truck)
• Strong work ethic and physical capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Bonus Points:

• Active DOT Health Card
• Specialized experience in hardscape construction or retaining wall installation
