Team Supervisor – Hunters Park, Duluth, MN

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full‑time Team Supervisor for our Hunters Park foster care home. The role supports men with profound developmental disabilities and aims to help residents live their best, most fulfilling lives.

• 40 hours per week, primarily 5:30 am–1:30 pm. Other shifts may include 7:30 am–3:30 pm, 1:30 pm–9:30 pm, and 3:30 pm–9:30 pm. Every other weekend is required.
• Salary: $22.42–$23.42 per hour. An additional $2.17 per hour rate exception may be available based on staff support needs for certain residents.

• Assist residents with personal care, medication administration, household tasks, and behavioral management.
• Coordinate and participate in community activities such as shopping, concerts, meals, movies, fitness, and outdoor recreation.
• Develop meaningful, person‑centered relationships and model supportive care.
• Perform supervisory duties: staff training, scheduling, payroll, performance interventions, menu planning, staff meetings, and related office tasks.

• At least one year of direct care experience; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Pass a post‑offer background check.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check.
