Job Overview
Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full‑time Team Supervisor for our Hunters Park foster care home in Duluth, MN. As a Team Supervisor, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives.
The Hunters Park program is located in the Morley Heights neighborhood off of Woodland Avenue, about 5 minutes from UMD. The program currently supports men with profound developmental disabilities.
Shifts40 hours per week, primarily shifts from 5:30 am to 1:30 pm. Other shift times that may be required include 7:30 am–3:30 pm, 1:30 pm–9:30 pm, and 3:30 pm–9:30 pm. Every other weekend is required.
Salary$22.42–$23.42 per hour. This program pays a rate exception of $2.17 per hour on top of RSI’s regular wages. The rate exception is tied to the individual(s) receiving services and will no longer be offered if the individual terminates service with RSI or no longer needs the additional supports.

As a Team Supervisor, you will assist with medication administration, household duties, behavioral management, personal hygiene and medical cares, and community activities including shopping, concerts, dining out, movies, fitness, and outdoor recreation. You will develop meaningful relationships and be part of a person‑centered culture that values the people we support and team members.
Supervisory responsibilities include a blend of direct support and office duties: serving as a role‑model to staff, training staff, assisting with scheduling, payroll, performance interventions, menu planning, organizing staff meetings, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- At least one year of experience providing direct care in the field; prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Must pass a post‑offer background check.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass an MVR check.
RSI has been working in Minnesota communities since 1978, providing home and community‑based services for people with disabilities and mental illness across all ages and identities.
