Overview

As a full‑time Program Leader, you will lead Booster programs on school campuses, oversee a team, help schools reach fundraising goals, and positively impact students.

Responsibilities
  • Program leadership: manage day‑to‑day operations, communications, and details to ensure a remarkable experience.
  • Event management: lead high‑energy experiences, delegate tasks, plan event details and safety, and coordinate logistics.
  • Team leadership: guide on‑campus team through delegation, feedback, clear instruction, and celebration.
  • Student engagement: creatively use resources and daily interactions to motivate and create fun experiences for students.
  • Client care: build trust with clients through excellent service, effective communication, and intentional care.

  • Excellent communication – professional verbal and written communication with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Positive attitude – optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality in interactions.
  • Growth mindset – continual desire to learn and grow personally and professionally.
  • Good judgment – self‑awareness and emotional intelligence.
  • Outcome‑oriented – hard worker who gets things done timely and efficiently.
  • Enthusiastic – connects enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass Booster’s background and motor‑vehicle check.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 45lb and remain active throughout the day.
  • Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays.
Benefits & Compensation
  • Salary: $31,000–$33,000 (non‑exempt).
  • Medical, vision, and dental insurance.
  • 10 days paid time off, all major holidays, and a 2‑week December break.
  • Technology:
    Mac Book and $50 per month cell phone allowance.
  • Music subscription: $12 per month for Spotify subscription.
  • Team events, award ceremonies, celebration trips, free lunches, dinners, and more.
