Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a part‑time asleep overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Skyline foster care home in Duluth, MN. As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. No prior experience or certifications are required to get started.
The Skyline program is located in the lower Piedmont neighborhood of Duluth and supports women in their 30s‑60s with mental health diagnoses.
ScheduleApproximately 20–30 hours per week. Asleep overnight shifts run from 9:30 pm to 7:30 am on various days of the week; every other weekend is required.
CompensationSalary: $12.00 per hour for asleep hours, $18.75–$19.25 per hour for awake hours.

You will assist in day‑to‑day tasks such as medication administration, household duties, behavioral management, personal hygiene, and medical care. You will also facilitate community activities—shopping, concerts, dining out, movies, fitness, and outdoor recreation—and develop meaningful relationships within a person‑centered culture.
Your schedule will typically include 4–8‑hour shifts during the week and every other weekend. We support residents 24/7 and have a variety of shift times available.
Qualifications- Pass a post‑offer background check
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check when working days or evenings
