Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional; DSP

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a part-time asleep overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Skyline foster care home in Duluth, MN. As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. Shift: Approximately 20-30 hours per week. Asleep overnight shifts are 9:30 pm–7:30 am, various days of the week with every other weekend required.

Salary: $12.00 per hour for asleep hours, $18.75–$19.25 per hour for awake hours.

You will assist with medication administration, household duties, behavioral management, personal hygiene and medical care, and community activities such as shopping, concerts, dining out, movies, fitness, and outdoor recreation. You will develop meaningful relationships and contribute to a person‑centered culture.

• Pass a post‑offer background check
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (for day or evening shifts)
