Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring part‑time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for adult foster care homes in Duluth, MN. As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. No prior experience or certifications are required.
Salary$18.75–$19.25 per hour, with a premium rate of $1.00–$4.50 on top of regular hourly wages at some RSI locations.

You will assist with medication administration, household duties, behavioral management, personal hygiene and medical care, and community activities such as shopping, concerts, dining out, movies, fitness, and outdoor recreation. Your 4–8 hour shifts may occur during weekdays, every other weekend, or other available times; we support 24/7 care.
For this position you will need- Pass a post‑offer background check
- Valid driver’s license and MVR check if working days or evenings
