Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a part‑time In‑Home Services Worker (IHSW) for our In‑Home Adult program in Duluth, MN. You will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most independent lives, with shift times ranging from 9:30 am to 10:30 pm and every other weekend required.
We provide services for an adult male in his own apartment; you will work with the person and support team to implement plans that promote independence across multiple skill areas.
