Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Independent Living Skills Worker (IHSW) for our In-Home Youth, Families, & Respite program in Duluth, MN. As an IHSW, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most independent lives.
You will work with youth and young adults in private homes, providing skill training, supports, and collaboration with a support team to promote independence across daily living, communication, and community participation.
