About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, highly motivated AI & Automation Intern to join our AI Innovation team. In this role, you’ll help design, build, and optimize next-generation AI-powered systems across language, voice, vision, and automation workflows .

This is a hands‑on opportunity to work at the cutting edge of applied AI—writing prompts for large language models, building automated agent workflows, designing conversational voice experiences, and integrating multimodal AI into real business processes. You’ll work directly on production‑style AI agents that combine LLMs, APIs, automation platforms, and conversational design to solve real-world problems.

What You’ll Do Prompt Engineering & Language Models
  • Write, optimize, and refine prompts for large language models (e.g., GPT‑4, Claude, Gemini).
  • Build multi‑step prompt chains to support complex tasks and workflows.
  • Tune prompts for accuracy, safety, tone, and business context.
Workflow Automation
  • Build end‑to‑end automation pipelines using no‑code / low‑code tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Lang Graph).
  • Connect APIs, data sources, and services to power AI‑driven workflows.
  • Integrate LLM‑powered agents into business processes with proper error handling and edge‑case design.
  • Conversational AI & Voice Agents
  • Design natural, goal‑oriented voice conversations, including:
  • Greetings, intent clarification, confirmations, fallbacks, and closings
  • Progressive disclosure to avoid overwhelming users
  • Write voice prompts that sound natural, conversational, and latency‑optimized.
  • Handle unclear inputs gracefully (e.g., “I didn’t catch that—want to try again?”).
  • Understand when not to use LLMs (e.g., high‑risk or compliance‑sensitive moments).
  • Build conversational flows using node‑based, visual flow editors.
  • Connect voice agents to backend systems (CRMs, databases, APIs) to trigger actions.
  • Monitor call analytics and optimize flows based on real user behavior.
  • Build simple workflows using vision models for tasks like object detection or quality checks.
  • Combine vision, language, and automation into multimodal AI agents.
Testing & Optimization
  • Test and QA AI systems across text, voice, and multimodal outputs.
  • Continuously refine workflows to improve accuracy, safety, and outcomes.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in (or strongly interested in) a program related to Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Cognitive Science, Linguistics, or similar fields .
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Genuine interest in prompt engineering, AI workflows, and conversational systems .
  • Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and tools like Postman.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Auto Gen, Lang Graph).

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with frameworks like Lang Chain.
  • Coursework or interest in computer vision or multimodal AI.
What You’ll Gain
  • Hands‑on experience building AI‑powered language, vision, and voice agents.
  • Experience with cutting‑edge AI automation and prompt engineering tools.
  • Exposure to production‑grade agent design, workflow building, and integration.
  • Mentorship from senior AI professionals.
  • A portfolio of real‑world projects and systems to showcase your skills.
