• AI Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop AI solutions that address complex business challenges. Apply advanced AI algorithms and models to create innovative solutions that meet project requirements. Implement scalable and efficient AI systems capable of handling large volumes of data. Utilize machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques to enhance AI models.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies, actively researching and incorporating new techniques into our solutions. Experiment with emerging AI algorithms, tools, and frameworks to improve performance and capabilities. Conduct experiments and perform statistical analysis to validate and optimize AI models.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing expertise in AI technologies and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions that align with their needs. Evaluate and select suitable AI tools, platforms, and frameworks to support project objectives.

  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts, to develop cohesive AI solutions. Participate in project meetings, providing insights and recommendations on AI-related aspects. Communicate complex AI concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Continuous Learning and Growth: Keep abreast of the latest AI trends and advancements, participate in conferences, workshops, and learning opportunities. Enhance skills and knowledge in AI through self-study and professional development. Share learnings and insights with the team, contributing to the overall AI knowledge base.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Senior Developer, AI, or similar role with strong focus on AI solution development.
• Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch), and natural language processing.
• Experience with AI model development, training, and deployment in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and mathematical concepts relevant to AI.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, ability to work well within a team.
• Experience on large-scale AI projects with successful outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 5 or more years experience as a Senior Developer, AI, or similar role with strong focus on AI solution development.
• Experience developing AI applications in domains such as healthcare, tech, finance, or cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Contributions to AI research community, such as publications or conference participation.
• Project Management Experience/Certification preferred.
