Job Overview

You’ll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station – the last stop before distributing customer orders. Your role involves receiving trucks full of packages, preparing them for delivery, loading conveyor belts, and staging items for drivers.

• Be 18 years or older.
• Understand and follow instructions in English.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable).
• Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles.

• Receive and prepare packages for delivery.
• Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages.

Shift options include early morning and overnight hours.

• Full‑Time (40 hours per week)
• Reduced‑Time (30–39 hours)
• Part‑Time (20–29 hours)
• Flex‑Time (minimum 4 hours per week)

Schedule flexibility:
Choose from a fixed or flexible schedule.

Overtime opportunities are available; shifts may be extended or reduced based on customer demand and will be communicated during the shift.

• Safety gear provided; daily safety tips shared.
• Operate and work around moving equipment such as mobile cards and rolling cages.
• Physical activity may include standing for long periods, walking, and climbing stairs.
• Climate‑controlled facilities maintain temperatures between 60°F and 90°F; extreme days may exceed these ranges.
• Noise levels can be high; hearing protection is provided if needed.
• Dress code: relaxed and comfortable; closed‑toe shoes required; protective footwear required in select areas.
