Class A drivers with at least one year of verifiable experience in the last three years are invited to earn a guaranteed salary plus extra pay per shipment. Drivers earn an average of $2190 per week for deliveries across the Midwest and Southeast, with 100% touch freight (preloaded, hook‑and‑go). All benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) with matching.

• Drivers will pick up loads at DC; trailers are preloaded, hook and go.
• Paid a daily salary of $215 per day plus $300 for each unloaded trailer. Drivers average 900‑1200 miles per week and complete three loads.
• Make 2‑4 stops per trailer; unload boxes (1‑35 lbs) onto a conveyor; store staff handle inventory and merchandising.
• After a 34‑hour reset at home, drivers may continue loading and unloading throughout the week.
• Company pays for transportation, hotel, meals; drivers receive $85 per day for orientation.
• Training 3‑5 days, paid at $215 per day; may double bunk with trainer or use own truck.
• Post‑training riders and pets are allowed.
• Full benefits start after 60 days and include: medical, vision, PTO, 401(k) with matching.

Urine drug test only. Applicants who have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test are not eligible, regardless of prior completion of SAP.

• Residency within specified states: AR, IL, MO, IA, MN, ND, SD, NE, KS.
• Within 200 miles of Memphis, TN;
  Marquette, MI; east/north of Shreveport, LA; west/north of Jackson, MS.
• 21 years old with one full year of Class A experience.
• CDL held in state of current residence.
• No more than three jobs in the last year and no more than six in the last three years.
• No more than two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years; no major traffic violations, rear‑end, or rollovers.
• No termination from most recent job.
• Allowed personal vehicle violations: 15+, reckless, following too closely, texting or handheld device (not in commercial).
• No felonies in last 7 years (excluding sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in last 3 years.
