Ready Mix Driver

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready‑mix truck to deliver concrete products to customers.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Ensure accurate delivery tickets and maintain communication with dispatch.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and vehicles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical capability to handle the demands of the job.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.

Must hold current CDL‑B or CDL‑A.

Successful candidate must submit to pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

The role operates primarily in environments that include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $21.33 to $28.28 per hour
