Box truck, straight truck or cargo van - Hourly pay: $21.00 – $26.00/hr (based on experience)
- Compensation: hourly pay, short‑term incentive bonus and full benefits package
- Distance:
Local deliveries – return home each night
- Load, unload and move materials safely using manual methods or powered industrial equipment
- Receive, count, check and process incoming and outgoing materials
- Pick, pack, label, palletize and route materials for delivery or storage
- Complete paperwork and data entry using warehouse systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Deliver materials to customers safely and efficiently on multi‑stop routes
- Load/unload delivery vehicles using proper equipment and techniques
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Assist with routing coordination and provide feedback for efficiency improvements
- Local deliveries – return home each night
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Motor Vehicle Policy requirements
- At least 21 years old and able to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to regularly lift up to 75–85 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending and lifting throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and outdoor delivery conditions
- Warehouse setting with active equipment and material movement
- Delivery driving in varied weather conditions and job sites
- Use of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and delivery vehicles
