  • Hourly pay: $21.00 – $26.00/hr (based on experience)
  • Compensation: hourly pay, short‑term incentive bonus and full benefits package
  • Distance:
    Local deliveries – return home each night
Responsibilities Warehouse Responsibilities (Primary)
  • Load, unload and move materials safely using manual methods or powered industrial equipment
  • Receive, count, check and process incoming and outgoing materials
  • Pick, pack, label, palletize and route materials for delivery or storage
  • Complete paperwork and data entry using warehouse systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Delivery Driver (Back‑Up Support)
  • Deliver materials to customers safely and efficiently on multi‑stop routes
  • Load/unload delivery vehicles using proper equipment and techniques
  • Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
  • Assist with routing coordination and provide feedback for efficiency improvements
  • Local deliveries – return home each night
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Motor Vehicle Policy requirements
  • At least 21 years old and able to obtain a DOT Medical Card
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 75–85 lbs
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending and lifting throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and outdoor delivery conditions
Work Environment
  • Warehouse setting with active equipment and material movement
  • Delivery driving in varied weather conditions and job sites
  • Use of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and delivery vehicles
