We are hiring a 1st shift Tow Truck Driver at our Clearwater, MN location. The role requires a CDL license, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include heavy‑duty towing and general maintenance on heavy‑duty diesel vehicles.
SCHEDULE: 1st shift, Monday‑Friday, 7 am‑4 pm (≈ 45‑50 hours per week).

Responsibilities- Pick up and delivery of customers’ vehicles
- Towing heavy‑duty trucks and trailers
- Parts pickups, assisting techs in shop, maintain a clean shop, clean customer vehicles
- Inspect the overall condition of trucks to ensure they meet U.S. Department of Transportation safety requirements
- Compile inspection reports detailing findings
- Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
- Ensure the final work product meets quality standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and co‑workers
- Great work ethic
- Willingness to jump in and help out where needed
- Attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude with basic electrical diagnostic/troubleshooting experience or technical training
- Basic tool set and toolbox for heavy truck repair (preferred)
- Required:
CDL, hazmat, tankers, air brakes, doubles and triples - Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 80‑100 lbs. occasionally and 80‑100 lbs. frequently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Reliability and dedication to hard work
- Ability to work independently, maintaining a safe, efficient, and friendly work environment
