Earning Potential
$300–$600 per day in summer (lawn) · $700–$1,200 per day in winter (snow)
We do NOT pay cash — direct deposit or check only.
A year-round operator role keeps you earning across both seasons. We hand you consolidated routes — you focus on consistent work and consistent pay.
We handle client acquisition, route management, and scheduling. You operate as a 1099 contractor with bi-weekly pay. Switch seamlessly between lawn (summer) and snow (winter) routes.
Responsibilities- Service consolidated lawn routes in summer
- Service consolidated snow routes during snow events
- Stay attentive and responsive year-round
- Be trustworthy and show up
- Zero-turn or commercial walk-behind mower
- Snow blower or snow plow
- Pickup Truck / SUV
- Smartphone
- Shovels
- Trailer to haul equipment
