Relief CSR Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van to provide products and services to clients.
• Verify daily preventative maintenance of the vehicle and maintain proper operator documentation.
• Manage the daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
• Load/unload product per company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for complete and accurate information and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote overall route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads, call prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts to generate new business.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing methods clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and handle issues promptly and courteously.
• Take responsibility for personal safety and ensure the safety of others by using proper precautions and equipment.
• Perform other duties as reasonably required, within the scope of the role.

• Minimum age 21 with a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
• Customer service experience with diverse customer interactions.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and solve customer concerns quickly.

• Exposure to adverse weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperatures, depending on location.
• Fast‑paced environment that may require irregular and long hours.

• Lift and maneuver a minimum of 25 lbs. and load/unload product from a truck without assistance.
• Occasionally lift and maneuver over 50 lbs.
• Perform bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching as needed.

High school degree or equivalent.

Valid Driver’s License.

Hourly rate: $26.00.
