Domino's Pizza is hiring assistant managers. You were born to be the boss and work to set the standard, even for your own manager. This role offers the chance to grow from delivery driver or general manager to franchise owner or corporate operations manager.

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, work schedule, image and standards adherence, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Judgment, math, multitasking, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Correct monetary change, telephone order taking, and data entry using computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Motor coordination, eye‑hand coordination, and rapid precise movements.

• Standing most tasks; walking short distances; lifting 50 pounds or less; carrying large cans, pizza sauce, and dough trays.
• Carrying, pushing, pulling trays; climbing stairs or ladders; navigating cramped quarters and hot surfaces.
• Exposure to adverse weather, temperature extremes, fumes, cornmeal dust, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

• Deliver product by car to customers and storefront doors; deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery; navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses; ability to navigate adverse terrain.
