Retail Travel Inventory Associate – Driver
Starting Wage: $18.50 – $20.50
Part Time: Ability to work varied, traditional and non‑traditional flexible hours.

Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

- Work primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.
- Travel weekly to customer locations across the region.
- Transport team members to and from inventory events safely and on time.
- Adhere to traffic laws, WIS driver safety requirements, and conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory with precision.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals and pursue productivity‑based wage increases.

- Represent the organization positively in a safe and inclusive environment.
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver; at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver, or Warehouse work is preferred but not required.
- No inventory experience? Training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Encouraged applicants: no degree needed; returning to the workforce; military experience.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer reports, screening, and MVR checks.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, and use ladders. Travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays up to 4 days a week.
