Viking Electric is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate & Back-Up Delivery Driver to join our team. This hybrid role supports daily warehouse operations while also stepping in to assist with local customer deliveries when needed. You'll play a key role in ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, and shipped—and safely delivered to customers.

• Load, unload, and move materials safely using manual methods or powered industrial equipment
• Receive, count, check, and process incoming and outgoing materials
• Pick, pack, label, palletize, and route materials for delivery or storage
• Complete paperwork and data entry using warehouse systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Deliver materials to customers safely and efficiently on multi-stop routes
• Load/unload delivery vehicles using proper equipment and techniques
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
• Assist with routing coordination and provide feedback for efficiency improvements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet Motor Vehicle Policy requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to regularly lift up to 75–85 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and outdoor delivery conditions

• Warehouse setting with active equipment and material movement
• Delivery driving in varied weather conditions and job sites
• Use of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and delivery vehicles
