Bernick’s is seeking a Driver Trainee in the Duluth area to train and develop new team members toward becoming Route Drivers. You will handle local routes four days a week, learn proper vehicle operation, DOT compliance, and safe handling of beverages for customer accounts.
Starting as a Driver Trainee, you will advance to a Route Driver with a designated route. This full-time role requires a valid license, CLP before start, and the physical ability to lift up to 165 pounds.
