Job Summary:
The Driver Trainee position is designed to train and develop New Team Members and assist them with attaining their Class A Drivers License. You will advance from a Driver Trainee to a Route Driver and have a designated route. Our Route Drivers work local route 4 days a week.
- Operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Rotate and merchandise beverages at customer accounts
- Complete daily routes as scheduled, with accuracy and efficiency
- Load and unload goods safely and securely
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Full-time (40 hours per week) Four, 10-hour days4:00AM-route completion
Tuesday-Friday
