Job Description

Express Employment Professionals in Albertville is looking for several sit down Forklift Drivers / Warehouse Associates. This is a M-F day shift position paying $19.75/hr the company is located in Rockford, MN.

Duties:

• Serve as a flexible resource across different warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and products.
• Receive incoming shipments of raw materials, such as insulated panels, foam, and other components, ensuring accuracy and quality compliance.
• Store received materials in designated warehouse locations, considering temperature and environmental requirements for insulated products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems, conducting regular audits to verify stock levels and integrity.
• Prepare materials for production orders by picking and staging items according to production schedules and specifications.
• Support the production process by delivering materials to production areas and retrieving finished products for storage.
• Package finished products for shipment, ensuring proper insulation and protection during transportation.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with logistics providers, scheduling pickups and preparing shipping documentation.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse areas, performing regular cleaning and maintenance tasks.

We are looking for somebody with a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of forklift experience. You will need basic math skills and at times may need to lift up to 50#''s.
