As the Inventory Control Supervisor, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate physical and system inventory, leading cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and partnering with various departments to support inventory accuracy and process improvements. You will develop corrective actions, monitor inventory levels, and ensure organized inventory areas. This role requires a hands‑on approach, combining physical inventory tasks with system‑based work.
Pay Rate$65,000
Available Shift Times- Day and evening shifts (specific shifts to be discussed upon hiring)

- Own physical and ERP inventory accuracy across all locations
- Perform hands‑on activities including receiving, picking, transfers, and material movement
- Manage ERP transactions to ensure timely, accurate records
- Lead cycle counts and physical inventories, investigating discrepancies
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to support inventory and reconcile data
- Maintain organized inventory areas
- Implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy
- 3–5+ years of inventory control experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and reconciliation
- Experience with ERP systems;
Acumatica preferred - Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work hands‑on and system‑based tasks simultaneously
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
