Position DescriptionChrist Community Church (Dumas, TX) is seeking a bi‑vocational pastor/minister to provide spiritual leadership and shepherd our congregation. This role is ideal for someone called to preach and serve while maintaining outside employment.
Responsibilities- Weekly sermon preparation and delivery
- Pastoral care for families, singles, and individuals across all life stages
- Leading or supporting small group Bible studies
- Performing weddings and funerals as needed
- Encouraging spiritual growth, unity, and community outreach
