Responsibilities

* Flush and transfer bovine embryos

* Perform ultrasound-guided transvaginal ovum pickup procedures for IVF embryo production

* Design and review superovulation and synchronization protocols for donors and recipients

* Evaluate pregnancy status post-transfer using ultrasonography

* Assess fetal gender, viability, and quantity in various embryo programs (including IVF and research embryos)

* Conduct rectal palpation to evaluate reproductive status of recipient cows

* Execute, monitor, and enhance farm-level biosecurity protocols

* Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence aligned with company standards

QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's or Ph.D. in Bovine Reproduction or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

* Strong technical proficiency in reproductive procedures and cattle handling

* Ability to work long, physically demanding days during peak seasons

* Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and sustain prolonged periods of standing and manual work

* High level of dexterity, hand coordination, and precision in technical procedures

* Passion for bovine reproduction with a commitment to continuous learning

* Strong customer orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
