• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise, monitor and assist patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• After an orientation period and under the direction of a Registered Nurse, deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident and family satisfaction.

• Graduate of an approved school for vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure as a licensed practical nurse.
• Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
