Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group. You will assess patient responses to home dialysis training and treatment, and communicate with physicians as needed.
You will educate patients and families, participate in team decision-making, and support quality improvement initiatives within the dialysis program.
