West Virginia Paving Inc. is looking for a Field Mechanic to perform maintenance on various construction equipment including asphalt paving machinery. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of mechanic experience and be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
This position requires the use of personal tools and the ability to work in a team environment. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to follow strict safety policies and support other team roles as needed.
