Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized service that meets high standards
• Collaborate in the management of multiple dining options
• Set service protocols and improve operations
• Assist with team hiring, training, and evaluations
• Monitor inventory and restaurant profitability
Requirements:
• Proven management experience in upscale restaurants
• Strong interest in wines;
Sommelier certification is a plus
• Hospitality management education or similar training
• Valid Serving It Right Certification required
• Familiarity with Silverware POS system advantageous
