This position welcomes aspiring technicians without prior RV experience but requires dedication and a responsible attitude. You will learn to diagnose issues and execute repairs across electrical, plumbing, and construction. Your ability to collaborate will be vital as you work with others to uphold service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and address RV problems efficiently
• Collaborate with advisors on necessary repairs
• Plan and schedule work with foreman
• Maintain clear documentation on repair processes
• Assist in mentoring new technician trainees
Requirements:
•
Required:
High school diploma or GED
• Preferred: 1-3 months related experience and/or training
• Valued:
Valid Driver's License and Red Seal certification
• Knowledge of local regulations regarding waste disposal
• Strong commitment to honest work and customer satisfaction
